Maintenance Supervisor

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisorjob in Frankfort, KY.  This is for a long-term temporary opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Maintenance Supervisor youwill be responsible for performing work involving minor repairs, building maintenance, and inspections. Responsibilities for this Maintenance Supervisorjob include:
- Building maintenance (change filters, light bulbs, light maintenance)
- Refurbish assets
- Assist with procurement of supplies
- Perform minor repairs to incoming assets
- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning furniture
- Track equipment and furniture
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually
- Must possess valid driver license
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to standard operating procedure

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
