The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of Midlab's 32-acre campus and 250K SQFT manufacturing facility. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for executing preventative maintenance programs, maintaining daily maintenance logs to ensure OSHA, FDA, ISO, and other certification compliance, supervising maintenance personnel, ordering, and tracking critical parts, and working directly with production team personnel to optimize safety and production goals to align with maintenance requirements.
Maintenance Supervisor RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preventive Maintenance: Maintain and implement a preventive maintenance program.
- Purchasing: Keep up with critical parts to ensure 100% uptime on production and packaging equipment.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain and build vendor relationships with key suppliers to optimize the supply chain.
- Team Focus: Work directly with production personnel to find ways to increase efficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Must have a continuous improvement mind frame.
- Mechanical: Ability to work on a multitude of equipment that ranges from label applicators, pumps, fillers, and packaging equipment.
- Budget: Maintain monthly maintenance budget and report directly to the Director of Facilities.

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance management.
- Strong communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally
- Mechanical background - the ability to work on several different types of equipment
- Electrical experience preferred
- Associate or B.S. degree in engineering or technology preferred.
- PLC Knowledge preferred
