```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities. - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate or repair parts using various tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with high voltage safety protocols
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics and logic controllers
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage operations
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
