Atrium Management Company is a property management/development company with properties located throughout Florida and Virginia. The company has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to align itself with an exceptional Service Technician. The Atrium Management Company Multi-property Service Technician reports to the respective property managers, and is expected to make teamwork and customer service their top priority. Days will be spent working and completing assignments as given and scheduled by service manager and/or property managers. This includes, but is not limited to service requests, emergency calls, move in needs, and property task(s) that may be needed daily, weekly or monthly. The Service Technician must be available for on call rotation and work with other service team members and/or office as needed. Flexibility between needs of the properties daily.
Requirements:

- Assist maintenance team by performing general and routine maintenance in the community and completing work orders daily
- Maintain a service-oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude
- Complete turns to make units ready for new occupancy
- Must have reliable transportation (will be traveling between properties), a cell phone, and maintenance tools
- Inspect community continuously, recording and correcting deficiencies
- Ensure that all keys are kept properly
- Handle ''on call'' duties whenever needed, carrying a cell phone on a regular basis
Ideally, self-motivated candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in multi-site, multifamily residential property maintenance or experience working with a team on a property and should be comfortable with email communication. Knowledge in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry and appliance repairs and installation (dishwashers, stoves, refrigerators, etc.) is desired. HVAC certification is nice to have.
