SalaryAssociated Services Corporation is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Building Maintenance Technician to fill an opening with our company in Danville, VA. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of general construction, concrete forming & carpentry.
Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record.
Starting salary is $ 16.00 per hour, or more based on experience.
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:
- Some Overnight Travel is Required
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a Background Check//Driving Record Check//Drug Test

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Works with Lead Carpenter to renovate, repair and maintain buildings
- Assists Lead Carpenter to ensure buildings meet required code specifications
- Assists in the construction of plumbing chases, benches, tables, trash containers, etc.
- Works with team members to remove and/or install commercial laundry equipment
- Performs special project clean-ups in coin laundries
- Shift is Mondays through Fridays
