Eaton’s EPG CPD PCD Power Components Division division is currently seeking a Maintenance Scheduler. This role is based out of our Horseheads, NY Location.
This role is a key player on the Plant Preventive and predictive maintenance Strategy to ensure equipment availability and improve efficiency during the machine life spam. The maintanance scheduler will identify, manage, and execute CI projects related to Preventive Maintenance with the objective of sustain operations in regards of safety, Quality and Productivity, works along with the Maintenance Technicians to improve, and sustain the Preventive / Predictive Maintenance System. Maintenance Scheduler also serves as a key player on the Maintenance Management Software, making sure that the system works properly and keeps it up to date working along with the software IT support.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $52,500 - $70,000 a year.

What you’ll do:
- Monitor and evaluate the Preventive Maintenance performance (PM) of the plant.
- Monitor the spare parts inventory and implement controls to ensure spare parts inventory and machines availability.
- Identify systematic issues for Preventive Maintenance issues, such as PM attainment, PM major repeater findings.
- Participate on TPM RIE (Total Preventative Maintenance, Rapid Improvement Events) and other CI initiatives.
- Collaborate with department and contractors for scheduling of PM needs and/or urgent service needs.
- Administrate the maintenance software and keep up to date.
- Create reports for the Maintenance department and identify trends.
- Work with the Maintenance Technicians to improve the PM content of their tasks.
- Create / Modify Autonomous Maintenance Checklist to support TPM strategy.
- Work along with other departments on projects when administrative maintenance tasks are required, such as PM updates, equipment documentation handling, updates on work order request, etc.

- Associate's Degree from an accredited institution
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, Excel is a must.
- Experience working with contractors, internal customers, and employees.
