SalarySpherion Staffing is looking to fill multiple Residential Apartment Maintenance for the Greater Spokane Area. The person fulfilling this position will work directly with the Community Manager and is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep tasks of assigned apartments.

Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision, this may include repairs on appliances, preventative maintenance and general upkeep.
Turn around of units including painting, cleaning and repairing damage.
Maintaining inventory of supplies and scheduling repairs with outside contractors as needed.
Maintains high level of customer service
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
General knowledge of plumbing
General knowledge of electrical
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent
3 years maintenance or related work experience
Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance
Own vehicle to be able to drive to different buildings
Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
