Our Maintenance Reliability Specialist role will support maintenance infrastructure by managing work flow comprehension, Strategic planning, Computer Managed Maintenance System (CMMS), Assist in Planning and Preventative Maintenance (PM). They will also work on special projects such as development and improvement of crib stock. Other duties as needed to support the maintenance department and Rheem manufacturing.

This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Fort Smith, AR.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Research, Create, and Update Current PM's on all Equipment
  • Identify Critical equipment and rate accordingly
  • Plan and Schedule daily work orders and PM's for all techs
  • Actively engage with production supervision to help with planning and scheduling
  • Help implement Material Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) system in Oracle with barcoding system
  • Work with IT to improve Oracle functions to meet maintenance needs
  • Create reports for tracking Key Performance indicators (KPI)
  • Identify improvements for TPM program
  • Help with Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • OR High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in maintenance
  • Self-starter and a proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Desire to help build a PM & material process in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Examples of strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Experience in employee and subcontracted work coordination in a predictive and reliability-based facility maintenance program.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
  • Must be willing to attend classes for additional job-related training
  • Enter new asset and system information
  • Create system structures
  • Enter preventive maintenance (PM) , job plans, tasks and schedules
  • Provide clerical support as necessary, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail

 

HOW TO STAND OUT

  • Maintenance skilled trade training or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with hourly employees as well as exempt personnel
