This client is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Manager to join their dynamic team. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with wire and cable, paper packaging, or processing equipment manufacturing.
- Experience in developing and implementing reliability startup programs.
Job Description:
The Maintenance Reliability Manager will be instrumental in implementing predictive and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and process reliability. This role involves providing leadership to maintenance staff and maintaining equipment to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and overseeing a world-class preventative maintenance program.
- Directing repairs of electrical and mechanical systems in industrial machinery.
- Scheduling and assigning maintenance tasks and ensuring their completion.
- Maintaining equipment calibration databases.
- Leading and supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Other Qualifications:
- Technical supervisory experience with the ability to manage effectively.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems with electronic controls.
- At least five years of electrical and mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
