Maintenance Person

Blue Acre Investments is a real estate investing co. with a portfolio of single and multi-family residential properties. We are looking for a Maintenance Person to assist us with basic maintenance. Hours are flexible and pay is based on skills and experience.

```Duties```

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties.

- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively

- Follow maintenance schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance efforts

- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner

```Skills```

- Strong knowledge of basic property maintenance

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Florence, AL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
