Position Summary
The MPS Operations Admin position will support and work closely with the Maintenance, Parts & Service (MPS) Manager, and Controller to ensure all back-office transactions run smoothly. The Admin position will help the MPS Manager in executing operational and administrative tasks.

MPS Operations Admin Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance, Parts, & Service Operations desk to ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Assist in preparing/sending out invoices.
- Communicate with clients on timelines, costs, etc.
- Coordinate trade show calendar and registrations
