Exciting opportunity for an Experienced Machine Mechanic on first shift with experience in PLC’s. You will work at multiple locations and assist in the growth and maintenance of the organization. Full benefits to include Medical, Dental, Eye, 401K plus vacation and more. Pay starts at $34/hr. on up based on experience.

Machine Maintenance Job Functions:

• The Maintenance Mechanic will perform scheduled maintenance activities on all processing equipment.
• Utilize skills and knowledge in performance of daily repairs (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic of processing equipment).
• Specializes in the development, installation and repair of automated equipment.
• Coordinates and/or provides assistance with all machinery purchases, installations and upgrades.
• Provides electrical and automation expertise during in-house machine builds, working with Engineering as required.
• Designs electrical and automation systems for in-house machine builds.
• Creates and maintains proper documentation of electrical schematics and control systems.
• Designs PLC and data collection programs, as needed.

Machine Maintenance - Relative Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
• Motion controls and electrical wiring knowledge, required
• Mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge, required
• PC literacy in basic MS Office applications and AutoCAD, preferred. Manufacturing Support Mechanic IV
