Maintenance Manager (Direct Hire) - Full-Time / Part-Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a company in Everett. In this role your task will be to oversee, direct and coordinate the work of the maintenance team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing repair-oriented projects, and fostering collaboration between maintenance and other departments. This is a Full-Time day shift Direct Hire opportunity. 

Salary Range: $95,000 - $140,000 per year 

Shift: Full-Time/ Day shift

Responsibilities: 

• Supervising, directing, and coordinating maintenance work.
• Enforcing safety guidelines and promoting safe practices.
• Facilitating communication between maintenance and other departments.
• Managing repair projects and work order processes.
• Developing strategic improvement plans.
• Provide direction in the prioritization of planned work. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of industrial components.
• Able to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Creative problem solving.
• Comfortable moving at a fast pace.
