The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
- Performing general maintenance of HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry,
- Drywall,
- Appliances,
- Exterior structure,
- Swimming pools
- Directing and supervising maintenance staff
- Purchasing materials
- Budgeting
- Snow removal
- Customer service
- Promotes quality living for all residents.
- Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow.
- Train and coach maintenance technicians. Good attendance is a must.
The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong HVAC experience with EPA certification. CPO certification.
- 2-3 years of service manager experience.
- Basic tools of the trade
- Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- On-call for one week, rotating every three weeks.
Schedule - Mon-Fri | 8 am - 5 pm
