POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Manager is a self-motivated position whose responsibilities will be but not limited to giving direction regarding all aspects of the fixed and mobile maintenance teams, directing and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on and offsite. Key duties include performing day to day direction to Maintenance Supervision and team leads in a safe, efficient, quality minded, and customer focused manner is supporting TSIMCO and all it’s offsite businesses.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
· Accountable for all equipment repairs being executed, performed accurately and commissioned per job plan and/or maintenance, safety & environmental standards.
· Accountable for work flow, work order completion and schedule compliance.
· Accountable for PdM and PM execution.
· Works alongside Planning and Scheduling Department in developing solid weekly schedules and Quarterly shutdowns and unplanned shutdowns.
· Reads and understands technical information and drawings on equipment as required.
· Responsible for all applicable TSIMCO employee and safety policies in his AOR.
· Responsible for upholding all applicable DOT and other applicable State & Federal regulations as it pertains to safe & legal operations and reporting.
· Upholds all applicable OSHA and other applicable State & Federal regulations as it pertains to completing daily work orders and safety standards of our facility
· Upholds all applicable environmental regulations and standards required of our facility
· Responsible for building, monitoring and maintaining maintenance budget. Working directly with Maintenance Director and Accounting Manager who is ultimately accountable.
· Responsible for driving Special Projects through Planning and Scheduling Department, developing plans and work execution.
· Delegates down Special Projects to Supervision when necessary.
· Accountable for Asset Health and holding CBM Lead Responsible for Asset Health.
· Responsible for ensuring Maintenance Supervision, Mechanical Leadmen and Electrical Leadman report quality data for Scorecard Reporting/KPIs.
· Accountable for the Reactive Work Order process, executed safely and in a timely manner.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS:
· Stands, walk, use hands, reaches, talk and hear frequently.
· Lifts to 50 lbs.
· Requires close vision at 20 inches or less.
· Requires distant vision at 20 feet or more.
· Requires the ability to distinguish colors.
· Requires good peripheral vision.
· Must be able to walk comfortably up to a mile daily
· Required to push/pull and climb ladders greater than 20ft.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Will occasionally be exposed to:
· Work near moving mechanical parts regularly over 25%.
· Work in high and precarious environments frequently 5%.
· Work in outdoor conditions irregularly over 15%.
· Work in wet or humid conditions occasionally under 30%.

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires:
· High School diploma.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance Management.
· Excellent knowledge of heavy and light mobile and stationary equipment.
· Excellent knowledge of industrial maintenance practice & tools applicable for the job.
· Great communication skills: verbal and written in English.
· Thoroughly versed in RCM CBM PDM PM maintenance process.
· Skilled in interpreting working drawings, schematics and technical information.
· Familiar with DOT regulations pertaining to safe fleet operations
· Familiar with Work Order Management Systems CMMS.
· Familiar with installation and rebuilding industrial machinery.
· Familiar with fleet and plant electrical systems.
· Familiar with heavy equipment and OTR truck gas & diesel power engines and drive trains.
· Thoroughly versed in lubrication best practices.
· Able to direct Maintenance Supervision, Leadmen and Team crews in a safe and efficient manner.
· Able to handle the physical and metal demands of multi-tasking all day.
· Ability to operate computers and flow though Microsoft software, CMMS and accounting software with ease.
· Ability to build and gather estimates for annual budgeting.
· Ability to create and issue and close Work Orders through CMMS.
· Ability to team build and create a reliable work force.
