Job Summary: Responsible for the daily activities of shop personnel including training, job assignment, and completion of work, excluding HR type functions such as hiring, evaluations, terminations, etc.

Tools and Equipment used: General office equipment and supplies and maintenance tools and equipment (both general and specialized).

Essential Functions:

• Assure quality by enforcing and maintaining ISO-9000 work instructions and standards.

• Assure that work instructions are updated annually and when there are changes to processes and/or equipment.

• Assure that certification checklists are completed promptly.

• Manage, monitor, and control work flow to achieve production and efficiency goals set by the Company.

• Maintain plant records and report to management.

• Follow company policy in training & scheduling employees.

• Handle problems that arise in accordance with company policy.

• Work scheduled overtime.

• Ensure smooth and effective completion of job assignments for the maintenance personnel.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
