Maintenance I or II Nights 12 hour shifts

This Maintenance position is 12 hour shelfs on a 2-2-3-3-2 schedule on the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment
• Collaborate with the team to address maintenance needs promptly
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• Ability to work with a safety-first mindset
• Looking for 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing setting preferd
• Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Previous experience in Industrial experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
