Cross Plains Community Partner, Inc. (CPCP) is a non-profit agency providing services to adults with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to be a partner in creating a community where all people have the opportunity for choice, leadership, and employment.
Cross Plains is seeking a part-time Maintenance Coordinator. This person is solely responsible for the maintenance and wellbeing of all CPCP buildings, vehicles, and equipment. This position maintains maintenance records and works to ensure that the building and vehicles meet a level of safety for the wellbeing of the individuals we support. This position is highly motivated, self-starting and requires someone who has experience with physical repairs, automotive and general building maintenance. In addition, this person should have a dedication to our mission and understand people of all abilities.
This position is Monday-Friday 7:00-12:30.
Candidates must also be able to listen to and demonstrate a general understanding of all work-related information. Candidates who enjoy engaging and contributing to their local community is preferred.
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Caring attitude, person centered, and genuine interest in people and in understanding each person’s “uniqueness”
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid GA Driver’s License
