Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant
As our Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
- Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
- Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
- Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
- Possession of minimum tools required
- Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
Position type: hourly, full-time.
Position location: San Antonio, TX; Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
