Hidden Brook at Franklin is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Hidden Brook at Franklin is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community located Somerset, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor and provide general maintenance services for the facility and its residents, ensuring the facility is clean, free of dirt and debris and a safe and acceptable environment for the residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of the building.
- To remove and dispose of all trash and recyclables as per the established schedule.
- Respond to residents’ request for service.
- To handle all cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and abide by infection control standards.
- To inspect and maintain the grounds of the facility, including general cleanup of the front walkways, side entrances, etc.
- To assist with snow removal as needed.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 2 Years experience in a maintenance role preferred
