General Handyman / Maintenance Assistant

Candidate must have experience with

- general remodeling

- plumbing

- flooring

- general carpentry

- drywall

- working on ladders

- painting

Ideal candidate will have skill and experience with

- coffee/bakery equipment repair

- HVAC

Schedule is flexible. Projects are either deadline-based, flexible, or ASAP emergencies.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation : $20 - $30/hour : 1099 contractor work.
