Maintenance And Rehab Technician

Choice Properties has a great career opportunity for a dedicated Maintenance and Rehab repair Technician for our Luxury Apartments communities located in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Responsibilities include: Maintenance and Repairs of community common areas and apartment homes, working collectively with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to complete daily tasks, completing work orders timely, turning units, maintaining property appearance, and all other tasks needed for job completion. Applicant should be knowledgeable in plumbing and all areas of Maintenance Repair, but not a requirement and willing to train the right person to fit in with our team.

Qualifications:

- Skilled in grounds work, common area maintenance, painting, carpentry, and plumbing

- Strong in teamwork, customer service and communication skills

- Highly motivated – self starter

- Must be willing to be on call

- 40 + Hours per week

- Must have own basic tools

- Must have reliable transportation

- A clear driving record, clear drug and physical check and clear criminal background check.
