Maintenance and Housekeeping Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual with a background in Maintenance and Housekeeping. Our Maintenance and Housekeeping techs are responsible for overall maintenance duties of the interior and exterior of the facility. Maintenance and Housekeeping will report all necessary maintenance to Facilities Manager. Maintenance and Housekeeping will initiate all purchase requisitions to maintain an adequate inventory of housekeeping supplies. This position requires you to work to keep the facilities and equipment clean, running and in good working order. This position will also require you to perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds.

• Maintenance and Housekeeping will perform on‐going maintenance to facility to include: replacing light bulbs, minor painting, and any special projects as related to skill level.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will maintain and perform floor care to include stripping and waxing, as needed.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will assess Center for all necessary repairs and advise the Facility Manager
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will empty all waste receptacles. Clean and stock all restrooms on a daily basis (paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap).
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will stock all exam rooms daily (paper towels, soap).
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will monitor the Center to ensure a clean and professional environment, both on the interior and the exterior of the Center.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will clean any spills and accidents, as necessary, promptly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will keep windows and glass clean on a daily basis.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will develop and maintain a weekly schedule for dusting, to include all offices, A/C vents, Returns and windows.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will keep trash and debris picked up from around exterior grounds of Center.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will check and monitors A/C filters handlers for unrestricted air flow and acoustic ceiling tiles for signs of roof or A/C leaks.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will assess Center for all necessary repairs and advise the Facility Manager
• Maintenance and Housekeeping will monitor all entry doors and ensures back and side doors are locked and closed at all times.

Experience:

• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
