Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage data entry, record filing, communication via phone calls and email with vendors
- Investigate and resolve any purchase order discrepancies
- Use software like MVP One, D365, and maintenance data management
- Collate required details and documents for maintenance equipment
- Draft and email final reports based on specific criteria as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Help Backup for the DCA technician in safety meetings when absent
- Handle unique tasks as requests by management
- Responsible for managing various vendors that are on-site
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Detail-oriented nature
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency use of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Pay is contingent on experience
What you bring to Sulzer:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Time management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to learn turbomachinery parts
- Physical ability to work in a shop environment to gather data from the equipment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
