Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage data entry, record filing, communication via phone calls and email with vendors
• Investigate and resolve any purchase order discrepancies
• Use software like MVP One, D365, and maintenance data management
• Collate required details and documents for maintenance equipment
• Draft and email final reports based on specific criteria as needed
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Help Backup for the DCA technician in safety meetings when absent
• Handle unique tasks as requests by management
• Responsible for managing various vendors that are on-site
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Detail-oriented nature
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency use of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Pay is contingent on experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Time management skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to learn turbomachinery parts
• Physical ability to work in a shop environment to gather data from the equipment
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
