Maintenance

Lutheran Sunset Ministries is now hiring for Maintenance in Clifton, TX. This is a full-time position with benefits.   

Purpose of position:

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and effective manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations. 

Working Conditions:

• Works in all areas of the facility 
• Moves intermittently during working hours
• Communicates with maintenance personnel and other facility personnel. 
• Is subject to call back during emergency conditions.

Required:

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and to follow instructions.
• On call (rotating on call schedule) 
• Must be able to legally drive a motor vehicle. 
• Must be willing to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
