Annual Salary
$37,585.80
Responsibilities:- Make basic repairs
- Drywall and painting
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Mowing and landscaping as needed
- On off hours you may be called in for emergency situations
- May be called upon to work late evening hours and/ or weekend hours when projects have a tight deadline
- Maintain the exterior of the building front and rear (parking lot). During snow season, will be responsible for cleaning paths; salting/sanding
Travel, as needed, to any of our locations that requires maintenance in the NYC and Westchester areas in a work vehicle
Qualifications:- High school or GED diploma is a plus, current driver’s license, maintenance experience
