A printing company in Renton is looking to add a Mailroom Lead to their growing team! This is a full-time, temporary to hire opportunity.
This established company has been in business for 90 years and works with some of your favorite brands to create and print their marketing materials. They offer detailed training and the ability to grow within this creative industry. If you have 1-2 years of mailroom experience and are looking for a leadership opportunity, this Mailroom Lead role could be the perfect fit for you!

Mailroom Lead Job Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees
- Set up assembly line for daily processing
- Perform quality checks
- Coach and train employees on production standards
You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy training, have experience in production, and enjoy working in a fast past environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Pay: $21-$24
Mailroom Lead Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a mailroom
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Computer skills- MS Office Suite
- Experience with Window Book and Microsoft Dynamics a plus!
- HS Diploma/Ged
