Job Summary: Responsible for following all processes established within the clients standard operating procedures.
Duties:
- Maintain a positive attitude in busy environments and provide excellent customer service.
- Follows established customer inquiry processes through emails; teams; texts; and respond to customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records of customer inquiries through email.
- Receive, sort, scan (if required), track and deliver all classes of US mail and accountable packages from various carriers, including FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL and all vendors of client’s choice.
- Participates in cross-training of other areas including reprographics; inventory management; reception back-up; wrapping and shipping packages; with a willingness to embrace and perform continuous training and professional educational programs.
- Complete conference room sweeps each morning to ensure supplies and equipment are in order.
- Complete conference room set-ups, including moving tables and chairs, based on client’s requests.
- Provide beverages as needed, setting up tables outside of conference rooms as needed, with additional help for catering deliveries, if requested.
- Provide desk drop/bottle drop service by request. This service is scheduled based on client’s requirements.
- Update mail stations with new hires and removing termed employees.
- Box up and label all termed employees personal belongings.
- Maintain and enter data onto the ESFM Smartsheet metrics sheet for monthly report creation.
- Stocking paper and supplies as needed for convenience copiers.
- Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proven customer service-related experience
- Basic computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
- Displays a client first mentality, and professionalism in appearance and demeanor
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task
- Adheres to all procedures and guidelines
- Prove flexible when faced with deadlines and challenges
- Ability to remain on your feet for many hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to stoop, climb, and Ability to solo lift 1-25 frequently, 25-40 regularly, 40-50 occasionally, 50-75 rarely
