A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAIL TRANSFER AGENT SUPERVISOR

As a Mail Transfer Agent Supervisor with Total Facilities Management, you oversee the mail receipt and delivery services at our office. You assign tasks to team members, oversee the planning and organizing of the mail services, and ensure that all mail is received and delivered in a timely manner. You're also responsible for directing and controlling mail services, recruiting staff, interviewing team members, and conducting training as necessary. You love being in a leadership role that makes a difference for our company!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A MAIL TRANSFER AGENT SUPERVISOR?

• 3+ years of experience supervising mailroom/messenger service operations or in a similar environment
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience
• Competency in mailroom operations and logistics assignments for messenger services
• Knowledge of operation of mailroom equipment such as mail meters, printers, sealers, etc.
• Knowledge about vehicle maintenance
• Knowledge about US Postal, Fedex, and UPS regulations
• Computer skills with Microsoft Suite
