Mail Service Associate

Responsibilities:

• All Shipping of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, boxes.
  
• Receiving, Sorting, and Distribution of ALL Incoming USPS Mail throughout both buildings.
  
• Processing, Inbounding, ALL Incoming Messenger and Courier Packages
  
• Asset tagging all incoming assets (PC's, It Equipment, Phones etc.)
  
• Receipting and Closing PO's
  
• Providing Customer Service - email and in person (Must have good emailing/writing and interpersonal skills
  
• Processing outgoing USPS Mail
  
• Processing, packing and sending out all outgoing Courier shipments via Federal Express.
  
• Completing and managing all daily operational logs and reports.

Qualifications:

• Must have proficiency with Excel.
• Must have previous mail room experience.
• Must have previous FedEx Shipping experience.
• Must have Good Email, Writing and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to Multitask.
• Must be a Team Player.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
