C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Mail Processing Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Mail Processing Specialist: $13.50/hr.; Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. shifts available

Responsibilities for Mail Processing Specialist:

• sort, count and process mail
• operate office equipment
• ensure the confidentiality and security of information
• prepare, organize and scan documents
• complete documentation including data entry

Requirements for Mail Processing Specialist:

• high school diploma or equivalent
• basic computer and office equipment knowledge and skills
• ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• attention to detail
• ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
