USMDG invites bids for Independent Contractor to provide daily mail delivery for the

following:​

Frequency: Daily, M-Sat​

USMDG is inviting Independent contractors to Bid to perform contract service on

locations (to be provided), sort and deliver 6 days a week for multiple locations.

Contract settlements to be processed and paid twice monthly upon invoice receipt.​

Mail sorting/delivery experience considered but not required to bid. Bidding period open and

contract begins soon. Bids should not be itemized, bid amount must be a flat annual rate

that already includes all potential expenses and costs. Considerations may include

mileage, average time utilized, fuel costs, supplies, and back-up contractor to complete mail

delivery services.

A recently awarded bid for a similar sized route with a similar number of centralized​

mailboxes was in the amount of $27,000.00 in Tallahassee, FL.

This is a contract route, not employment, and is not full-time work.​

∙All Independent Contractors’ bid proposals for mail delivery route are submitted

online via USMDG website.

Support staff available 6 days-per-week to answer questions and review bids. Invoice

submission via on-line portal , and timely settlement processing twice monthly.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $27,000.00 per year
