BrightKey is currently hiring for the position of Mail Clerk/Document Scanner. The primary responsibilities of this position include efficiently sorting incoming mail and operating scanning equipment/OPEX machines, to digitize documents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Mail Sorting:
- Receive and sort incoming mail accurately and efficiently.
- Distribute mail to appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
- Prioritize and handle time-sensitive documents promptly.
Scanning Operations:
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents.
- Ensure high-quality scans and proper indexing of digital files.
- Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment as needed.
Data Entry:
- Enter relevant information from scanned documents into databases or electronic systems.
- Verify and correct data inconsistencies to maintain accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and the ability to work well in a team environment

- Mail handling/sorting
- High volume scanning machines
- OPEX machines
- Check handling
