Our Company: Revco Solutions provides best-in-class Revenue Cycle management to Hospital and Physician Service clients.
Position Description: The Mail Clerk runs the postage machine and other mailroom machinery as needed in addition to gathering, printing, and processing mail correspondence. The Mail Processing Clerk reports to the Denials Supervisor and helps the Insurance department as well as the HR and Client Services departments as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain front desk and reception area
- Assist guests, vendors, personnel and manage sign in log
- Handle all mail correspondence for various departments within 24 hours including printing
- Notate internal system and accounts handled
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic, demonstrates good common sense, ethical and sound judgment.
