Maid/Housekeeping Cleaner

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and upholstery through proper floor care techniques
- Launder and iron clothing and other fabrics as needed
- Perform carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Follow established cleaning procedures for commercial and residential settings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests

Skills:
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and address their needs
