1st shift 6:00 am- 3:00 pm
Our customer, founded in 1978 in Carol Stream, IL, is a full-service supplier manufacture, and service of engineered cold-form tooling solutions. They use advanced technology such as CNC equipment, FEA software, and CAD design software to ensure high-quality production that meets customer specifications.
What Matters Most:
- Grinding: ID Grinding/OD Grinding/Surface Grinding
- Tool & Die Shop – Rotates through Shop
- Sets up and operates the machines and equipment required to run production Initiate a sub-inventory transfer to the main finished goods inventory after the rework is completed.
- Supports continuous availability of components for assembly operation.
- Obtains acceptable First Pieces by setting up machines and submitting them for proper approval.
WhatYouNeed:
- High school diploma or GED High School/Equivalent OR good reading, writing, & speaking skills in English with the ability to read and interpret product drawings, BOMs.
- At least 2 years’ Experience in production operations including CNC machining, general machining, understanding of metric system a plus, polishing, & assembly; Machining certification a plus. Experience running a Studer a plus.
