1st Shift: 6 am-2 pm (MON-FRI / OT possible on Saturday) $22
3rd Shift: 10 pm-6 am (SUN-THUR / OT possible on Friday-evening) $25

Job Summary:
Individuals will perform Machine Setup and/or run machinery, consistent with current ISO requirements, safety requirements, and 5-S requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Read calipers.
Read CMC prints understanding dimensions to .000.
Fill out paperwork (quality forms, daily inspection forms, etc.)
Use hand tools (air guns, wrenches, drill press, etc.)
Operate one or more machines as required.
Understand machine controls (start, stop, E-stop, etc.)
Perform setup inspection before releasing the job to an operator to run.
Proper operation of the machine
Understand safety devices and safety rules
Proper handling of the product
Type and frequency of inspections
Perform first piece verification per department requirements.
Past problems or experiences with the subject part (Quality Alert)
Participate in the corrective action process
Document scrap
The proper documentation of shop orders, drawings, inspection charts, and more tags
Must be able to make adjustments to a setup, and change drill, and taps to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
Training of new or temporary employees.
May assign operators to jobs.
Other duties as directed by supervisor.
Know the proper way of using the scheduling board.
Know where the shop order staging shelf is located per department.
Know how to review the set-up card.
Demonstrate how to check the part and record the information on the inspection chart.
17.0 Troubleshoot machine problems/variations.
Requirements:
Background and drug screen
Must be able to lift to 35/lbs.
Able to read calipers.
Able to read CMC prints understanding dimensions to .000.
