Machine Operator/Supervisor

Everlast Roofing Inc, a manufacturer of steel roofing products located in Lebanon, PA is currently hiring Machine Operator Supervisor. As our company continues to grow we hope to find individuals that are hard working, dependable, and would like the opportunity to grow with us. Current openings are on second shift.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience in leadership roles Basic math skills.
Ability to follow verbal direction.
Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards.
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.
Ability to perform quality tests.
Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies and guidelines.
Must have Team Leadership capabilities
Good communication & organizational skills
Previous Mfg. Machine Experience
Metal Forming experience preferred
Must have previous Forklift experience.
