Machine Operators-Temporary.

Spherion Staffing has several openings for 2nd or 3rd shift Machine Operators in Brandon, SD. Machine operators make sure their machines are working at full capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic checks on output.
3rd shift, Sunday - Thursday (9:54pm to 6:00am)
2nd shift, Monday - Friday (1:54pm to 10:00pm) ...

Pay: $20.75-21.50 /hour depending on shift
Assignment Duration: 9 months
Responsibilities:
-Follow established work orders and procedures to create batches of materials along with packaging finished goods
-Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
-Inspect, clean, setup and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
-Monitor the quality of output to ensure product meet customer specifications
-Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
-Manufacturing experience preferred, or other experiences which involve following detailed written instructions
-Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain daily records for work performed
-Able to lift 50 pounds, frequently move around and work on feet for most of the day
