Machine Operator

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for Process Operators in Midlothian, Tx.
Monday-Thursday 
5 AM-3:30 PM
$18/h
OT Friday and Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives daily production schedule and production materials from the lead person.
• Starts machine and observes operation to defect malfunctions of machines.
• Inspects filled capsules to ensure that capsules are not empty, partially filled and have no splits, cracks, or dents.
• Make adjustments to the machine if the machine produces high/low fill weights.
• Load and unload raw materials needed for production. 
• Weighs and seals the product.
• Ensures the weight is correct and properly boxed. 
• Place boxes or containers onto the pallet.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Completes required production-related paperwork.
• May be requested to work in other production departments as needed.
• Pushes panel buttons, etc. to activate the machine.
• Place herbs from extracting with water in a balance tank.
• Adjust temperature in condenser.
• Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction. 
• Performs minor machine maintenance such as troubleshooting, assembling machine, disassembling machine, etc.
• Clean machine.
• May also move materials via pallet jack.
• Read work orders for product specifications and instruction such as fictures. Sets machine for speed, wrapping specifications.
• Replenishes packaging supplies such as wrapping paper, plastics sheet, boxes, cartons, ink, or labels.
