Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of our products. You will work closely with our production team to meet quality and production standards while ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate machinery following established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
