Machine Operator - Entry Level

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Franklin, WI. This position is an entry-level, no experience needed, Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. There is limited overtime required on an as-needed/workload basis. The position is working in our manufacturing facility assisting the production team. You must have a mechanical aptitude and previous light manufacturing experience. Excellent opportunities for growth!

• Operate your machine in a safe and productive manner.
• Use various measuring devices to accurately produce product.
• Calculate the amount of material used to complete your operation.
• Complete the operations described on work order.
• Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in Manufacturing, preferred.
