Fabricator Technician/Laser Operator

Corporate Job Bank has an immediate opening for a Laser Machine Tech for an up-and-coming label automation systems company, in the North Phoenix area. They have seen 40% growth last year. This position will be a part of the Fabrication Department and will work closely with Eectro-MechanicalTech and Engineers and Quality. There are 3 Laser Machines that fabricate the parts for the machines.

Hours: M-F 7:30 am-5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Job Duties:

• Operate a Laser Use of CMM measurement devices Ready and understanding of drawing and written instructions
• Basic preventive maintenance on the machine Work independently with little supervision
• Update and compose assembly instructions for others
• Assemble mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Will use CAD software such as AutoCAD Lt or Draftsight

Requirements:

• HS Diploma, AA Degree preferred in Mechanical/Electrical Instruction 1
• -2 years of CNC machine setup and maintenance
• Laser Machine experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Safety trained
• Strong computer skills
• Quality mindset
