What will you do as a Machine Operator?

This position is responsible for setting up the insert machine and producing accurate work on a timely basis.

Core Responsibilities are:

• Performing raw material feeding to the machines.
• Adjusting various settings such as parameters to ensure the correct quality of production.
• Intervening in machine parameters to ensure smooth production.
• Conducting visual inspections according to quality specifications and intervening when issues arise, such as quality problems.
• Performing checks on machine and machine components.
• Replacing machine consumable components when necessary.
• Performing raw material loading during the production.
• Executing the machine's cleaning operations as specified.
• Assisting with periodic maintenance when required.
• Carrying out autonomous maintenance activities.
• Performing visual inspections of panels/products/raw materials that come to the machine and classifying them according to their characteristics.
• The operator is responsible for keeping data entries up-to-date at each stage of the process, ensuring complete classification of errors by entering them into the system.
• Controlling the data recording (MES) system.
• Coordinating material flow with the warehouse team when required.
• Performing the calibration of the machine according to the specified recipe/parameters.
• Ensuring the conditions inside the machine/production area for a healthy testing/production process.
• Providing feedback to superiors regarding recurring errors and assisting in identifying the cause of the errors.
• Ensuring that the produced panel matches the one that underwent visual inspection.
• Coordinating with other Machine Operators to ensure smooth operations.
• In the responsible process steps, ensuring that data entries are kept up-to-date and complete.
• Providing timely and complete feedback, reports, and information as required by their supervising manager.
• Entering data of faults into the system to ensure correct classification based on quality standards.
• Keeping track of new methods and developments in their area of expertise, examining them, and presenting those that can provide benefits to ELIN ENERGY LLC to their manager, while also sharing them in a way that contributes to the development of their team.
• Fulfilling the expectations of their manager regarding feedback, reports, and notifications in a timely and comprehensive manner.
• Carrying out other tasks that their superior assigns them within the framework of the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by similar job profiles.
• Conducting their job activities in line with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Machine Operator experience.
• Must have the ability to work overtime.
