We are growing and have multiple openings within our Machine Operations division at our El Paso, TX facility. Our Machine Operators perform all phases of production including but not limited to machine setup, operation, maintenance and sanitation. The goal is to ensure that production runs are performed in a safe, efficient, and quality manner by following Ok Go Packaging standards.

Job Description:

• Perform machine setup including moving product from start to finish
• Move product from start to finish using forklifts or other equipment
• Ensure that all product is picked correctly and is not wasted
• Keep work area clean
• Assist with maintenance as needed
• Check product for quality issues or defects
• Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols per OSHA safety regulations
• Labor performs essential labor – does not perform any part of the production process

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and learn how to maintain an equipment setup
• Ability to follow quality control procedures and stay on task
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to communicate well with all levels within the organization and team members

Looking for Flexo Folder Gluer and Die Cutter experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
