Position: 2nd ShiftMachine Operator

Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator, your primary responsibility is to operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of production processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

· Manufacturing Setup: Set up manufacturing equipment and machinery as needed for production tasks.

· Machine Operation: Utilize machine equipment to complete manufacturing tasks efficiently and accurately.

· Equipment Inspections: Perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

· Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean and organized.

· Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, providing instructions, feedback, and support as needed.

· Physical Capability: Exhibits physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 75lbs. Demonstrates agility in bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, standing, walking, and climbing repetitively during the shift. Utilizes hands skillfully and coordinatively for grasping, manipulating objects, and executing small, precise movements. Able to work in fluctuating temperatures, in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and in heights at or above 8 feet. Can work in an environment with permissible noise exposure up to 90 dBA.

· Excellent Attendance and Punctuality: Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent presence and on-time performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in machine operation

· Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
