Harbour Industries is hiring a Spark Test Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a full time, ONSITE role located in Shelburne, VT. This role reports to our production supervisor and operates on a 2nd Shift schedule M-F 3pm-11pm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and operation procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Use gauges and other measurement devices to insure accurate output of products.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to ensure product integrity.
- Work with hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Read routing sheets to understand and execute production requirements.
- Maintain accurate production reports and records.
- Learn and work within different stations such as a: Spark Test Operator- This process is a respooling operation designed to package work in process and finished wires in accordance with product specifications. This is a quality operation designed to detect and remove any product flaws.
Requirements:
- Adhere to safety standards to create a secure working environment.
- Possess basic math skills of addition and subtraction.
- Demonstrate a consistent attendance record.
- Have reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical/drug screen and background check.
- Team oriented, flexible, and committed to delivering top quality products for important end user applications.
