Summary:
Join our team as a Machine Operator at The Warrell Corporation, a leading confection and snack co-manufacturer. You'll play a vital role in operating packaging machines to protect food products, ensure safety & quality, and extend shelf life! This role entails ensuring the production of wrapped confections at a rate that meets standard output rates while upholding quality through established procedures. Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, setting up packaging lines, verifying materials, adjusting equipment, monitoring wrapping, and assisting in equipment maintenance. You'll maintain a safe workspace, complete paperwork accurately, and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices.
Education and/or Experience – Whether you're a high school graduate or have a few months of related experience, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication!
Reasoning – Bring your practical thinking and problem-solving skills to the table, and we'll handle the rest!
