Job Title: Machine Maintenance Lead
Location: Asheboro, NC
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Permanent
Job Description:
- A skilled trade position responsible for supporting and maintaining CNC grinders, pressure and vacuum furnaces, wet and dry media blasters and the facility that encompasses the equipment.
- The individual will be interacting alongside plant personnel and independently working installing, troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on a daily basis.
Skills Sets:
Electrical
- CNC driven systems
- PLC’s / Ladder Logic understanding & programming
- 3 phase & Single phase motor control
- Schematic comprehension
- Conduit and panel wiring installation.
- NEC code & NFPA 70.E comprehension & understanding
Mechanical
- Power Transmission
- Pneumatics
- Hydraulic systems and schematics
Requirements:
- Requires skills in wiring, electrical systems, electronics, PLC logic, CNC machines, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- The candidate has a minimum of 4 years' experience
- This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machines and complying with OSHA, NFPA and all other applicable safety programs.
- Must be able to work either standing or sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 5 to 20 lbs. routinely.
