As a M.A.C Retail Artist, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through your outstanding communication skills and artistic talents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional makeup applications to help customers achieve their desired looks.
• Engaging customers through effective communication, understanding their preferences, and creating interactive experiences.
• Participating actively in MAC training sessions and mandatory store training to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
• Contributing to team goals in service, sales, and overall company objectives.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment, including hygiene and inventory management.
• Assisting in planning, preparing, and executing special events and product launches.
• Upholding high visual standards in displays, signage, and overall store presentation.
• Adhering to M·A·C policies regarding customer service expectations, dress code, and professional standards.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, or demonstrative experience with a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• A valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license as per state requirements
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Physical capability to handle the demands of the role, including standing, walking, and performing various tasks as needed.
